Shipping & Returns
DEAR FRIENDS, DUE TO UNEXPECTED RESTRICTIONS RELATED TO THE CO-VID 19 SITUATION ALL AROUND EUROPE, WE HAVE TO LIMIT OUR PRODUCTION AND SO, DELIVERY TIMES WILL BE MODIFIED. ALL ORDERS RECEIVED BEGINNING WITH THE 1ST OF APRIL, WILL BE DELIVERED AFTER THE 15TH OF APRIL We do our best to deliver the ordered products in the shortest time possible.
The shipping originates in Bucharest, Romania, directly from our workshop.
Shipping to the EU: we send parcels to all the EU countries every Friday. All parcels reach GLS Austria in Vienna the next Monday. From there it takes another 1-5 days to any EU country.
Please take into consideration that we may process your order a few days before the actual shipping, and the tracking number that you will receive via e-mail will become live only after the label is scanned by GLS in Vienna.
No custom taxes or VAT are to be paid by customers in the EU
Shipping to Switzerland is similar to shipping in the EU, only 1 or 2 days will be added for customs formalities.
Customers in Switzerland: please take into consideration that at the receiving of the goods you may need to pay import taxes or VAT, according to each country regulation.
Shipping to Romania: we ship orders from Romania every Tuesday. All parcels are picked by GLS Romania courier and should be delivered the next working day in normal weather conditions.
Please take into consideration that we may process your order a few days before the actual shipping, and the tracking number that you will receive via e-mail will become live only after the label is scanned by GLS.
Shipping to USA, Canada, Israel, Australia: we ship every Wednesday, via the Romanian Post. Shipping may take up to 2-3 weeks. Delivery is made via National Postal services in every destination country.
Please take into consideration that at the receiving of the goods you may need to pay import taxes or VAT, according to each country regulation.
It may happen that from a larger order one of the products will not be in stock. In that case we will ship the main order as scheduled, and the remaining items will be shipped later.
Goods damaged in the shipping process:
We do our best to minimize the damaging risk. Still, around 1% of the shipping gets damaged. This is why we ask you:
- Please check the outside of the box when you receive it. If there are obvious signs of damage, please make a photo if possible.
- If the courier is still with you, please make a note on the shipping receipt mentioning the damage.
- If any of the parts inside are damaged, please make photos and send them to us. We will send new ones as soon as possible.
Warranty and returns:
Products in good shape/client changed their mind:
You can return the goods any time two weeks after receiving them. You will have to pay for the shipping back to Romania

Damaged products return:
Depending on the type and degree of damage, we may organize a shipping back of the damaged parts or not. In the latter, you would have to dispose of the damaged items.
Fabrication defects, missing parts, wrong parts:
We will organize a shipping back immediately at our expense and ship the correct items in the shortest time possible.
